Are you interested in one of my products but you are looking for specific colours? No problem!
I have leather dye and thread in almost every colour available and I am happy to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life!
🕐 Timeline: Your commission slot will be an estimate of 2-3 weeks. Most bags take anywhere from 16-40 hours to complete. Please be advised, if I am in the middle of completing a project for another client, your wait time will be longer.
✉️ Contact: My preference is to communicate either via Facebook Messenger on the leathercraft.and.chaos FB page, or DM via our Instagram page. I'm happy to send progress pictures as I work through creating this piece for you. Your feedback along the way is important to me.
💲 Payment: Due upon completion of the product. I DO NOT ship or deliver items without payment. Payments MUST be processed through the website.
⚠️ Disclaimer: I take pride in my work and I strive to make beautiful and cohesive pieces that will bring you joy. If the colour selection clashes, I will advise you ahead of time before I delve deeper into creating your piece. I have leather sample pieces dyed in all colours and I can place colour combinations side by side to get a true visual for what the end result will look like.
🛑 Refunds: There will be no refunds for custom commissions, all sales are final. I will be updating you every step of the way. I will be providing pictures and videos for you in indoor lighting as well as outdoor natural lighting to provide the most accurate depiction of true colour.
🧒 FROM YOU: I need reference photos, approximate size and colours. The more detail from you, the better I can create something to suit your needs/request.
⛔ I will review your request and tell you if this is something within my current skill level or not. I reserve the right to DECLINE REQUESTS. I understand the frustration if I do happen to say no. It is NOT personal. Please know I will only take on a project if I am 100% certain I can truly bring your idea to life. My goal is to only put my best work out there. If I am not 100% confident that I can do that, I will not waste your time nor my time by creating something inferior.
💲- After accepting your commission, I will take some time to draft a quote for you. You can choose to go forward with the commission at my quoted price, or you can refuse to proceed if my pricing is not within your budget at this time. The price will be your quoted amount PLUS ADDITIONAL SHIPPING.
** Low-balling, insulting me or arguing over pricing will not be accepted. My price is my price. Just as your time has value, so does mine. I would never expect you to use your skills and work for free for 20 or 30 hours.
