Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is available WORLDWIDE (Except the EU/Northern Ireland due to GPSR) at the buyers expense. 
  • I am NOT responsible for shipping delays. Once your package leaves my hands, I no longer have any control over what happens with the Postal service/Postal vehicles and/or transportation. 
  • I am NOT responsible for the amount of time it may take for your order to clear customs/be released by border services. 
  • All items will have a tracking number and you will receive your tracking number via email. 
  • Once your order has been shipped it can take Canada Post or UPS or ChitChats up to 24 hours to be "live"/begin displaying transit progress - please be patient. 
  • Items will be shipped within 2-3 working days of the order being placed - I do my very best to ship out as quickly as humanly possible. 

 

USA SHIPPING - TARIFF FREE - OCTOBER 23RD, 2025 UPDATE

I am USMCA/CUSMA Certified with ChitChats. This means that you can enjoy TARIFF-FREE shipping!

ChitChats couriers the packages through Canada to the border for clearance. After successful clearance, ChitChats transfers packages to USPS for finally delivery on U.S. Shipments. ChitChats has a unique identifier code while tracking in Canada, along with the USPS tracking number. The USPS tracking number will automatically be provided via email and following that, I will provide the ChitChats identifier code with the ChitChats tracking link via email as well once the label has been created. 

My ChitChats drop off locations are open Monday to Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend, I will create the label and prepare the package but it won't be dropped off until Monday. ChitChats is also closed on Statutory Holidays. 

 

Damaged Items

Please ensure that you open and inspect your item as soon as it arrives. I strive to package items as best as possible, but unfortunately situations can arise in shipping. If the item is damaged, please email photos/video IMMEDIATELY to Leathercraft.and.chaos@gmail.com, or send photos/video through via DM on our Facebook page or our Instagram page.
